It was an honour and a pleasure to co-design and moderate the Climate Policy Team Retreat 2025 of Climate Analytics in Berlin. Over 2.5 summer days, we created a constructive overview and the team developed forward-looking ‘plays’. Challenges were put on the table, strengths became visible – and I learnt to what extent the 1.5°C limit remains truly relevant. Thank you!

One of the best conferences I have ever had the pleasure of moderating was the “Future Conference: Berlin fairwandeln” 2022 organized by the Aktionsbündnis Fairer Handel Berlin. The rich commitment of the contributors, the humor, the atmosphere, everything, sometimes make the moderation job a dream job.

We had the great pleasure of supporting the HELMHOLTZ Research Field Earth and Environment in its strategy development. Supporting the top international scientists from seven HELMHOLTZ centers (together with Celia Schmidt) in two major strategy workshops was one of my highlights in 2023/24.

Since last year, I have been offering workshops with LEGO® Serious Play® – a playful, serious way of working where your hands help you think.

Thanks to the City of Mannheim, the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub and the organizers of Fair Day 2024 as my first customers!

In 2025, I will be hosting the annual conference of the Center for Climate Adaptation (ZKA) for the 4th time. It is an honor and a pleasure to co-found this framework in which the approximately 200-300 participants can constructively exchange ideas on this important topic!
