Let’s play

Seriously: Playfulness can be a game-changer!

Whether it’s working with LEGO® Serious Play®, the participative ‘Liberating Structures’, a strategy puzzle or the threshold walk in nature, open space or artistic design – serious games and creative interactions open horizons.

Take courage: let’s dare.

Making transformation tangible

At the beginning of 2025, Julia Jochem and I worked with CoLAB Mannheim. Using LEGO® Serious Play®, we designed a two-day transformation workshop.

Day 1 focused on inner development (goals), while Day 2 on bridging the gap between knowledge and action with the ‘Deal-o-Mat’.

Staging dialogue

In November 2024, I moderated ‘Art and Sustainability’ in the Great Hall of LMU Munich. The event combined professional discussion with creative elements – including the ‘Barfly’ cocktail bar.

Thanks to organiser Katrin Geneuss, participants from the fields of architecture, musicology, fashion and design engaged in a collaborative process. Overall, a brilliant evening!

Creating a kick-off

At the beginning of 2025, I moderated a kick-off workshop in Brussels for the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH).

Using LEGO® Serious Play® and Liberating Structures, the participants developed a common understanding of the vision, roles and priorities for the new project phase.

Reaching the next level

What has already been achieved – and what is the next step in development?

In workshops, I support teams in securing existing successes and identifying new areas of action. This often takes place in a “serious game” that combines reflection and strategic clarity.
