Training

Training serves to develop potential!

We open up horizons and provide impulses that sustainably improve the participants’ day-to-day work. Our topics range from project development in transformation to process design and moderation to collaborative leadership.

The participants are also contributors. By learning from and with each other, content and methods are quickly practised. In the end, everyone gained competence and confidence, as well as joy and courage in the implementation.

We work with groups of up to approx. 20 participants. Proven capacity building formats range from three mornings to four full days – on site and online. We also offer customised training courses on request.

“Your guidance and expertise made these three mornings incredibly valuable for the EUKI community. Empowering climate project managers to strengthen their skills and increase their impact is exactly what EUKI is all about.”

‘Thank you for your inspiring and engaging trainings…!’

Professionalising projects

n 2025, Lia Weitz and I conducted the online project management training course for the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) community for the third time.

We combine classic project management with agile approaches and work in a practical manner with case studies from the group. The aim is to implement European projects more effectively and in a more structured manner.

Strengthening leadership

In EUKI leadership training, we support project managers in complex European consortia.

One focus is on how to lead successfully in uncertain times – balancing technical expertise, political sensitivity and partnership-based cooperation.

Shaping partnerships

We will be holding the EUKI training course ‘Purposeful Partnerships’ in person for the third time in 2026.

We are working on shaping effective collaborations – from consortia to multi-stakeholder partnerships – and jointly developing concrete approaches for improvement.

Communicating effectively

In 2024, I worked with Kaj Seeger for Zukunftsnetz NRW. We spent two days working with participants from the field of corporate mobility management on their key topic of communication.

The aim was to formulate strategic messages more clearly and in a way that was easier for others to connect with.

Developing eligible projects

Together with Dr Minu Hemmati, I supported the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) online in developing eligible project proposals.

We structured ideas, refined objectives and developed convincing application logic.
