Training

Training serves to develop potential!

We open up horizons and provide impulses that sustainably improve the participants’ day-to-day work. Our topics range from project development in transformation to process design and moderation to collaborative leadership.

The participants are also contributors. By learning from and with each other, content and methods are quickly practised. In the end, everyone gained competence and confidence, as well as joy and courage in the implementation.

We work with groups of up to approx. 20 participants. Proven capacity building formats range from three mornings to four full days – on site and online. We also offer customised training courses on request.

“Your guidance and expertise made these three mornings incredibly valuable for the EUKI community. Empowering climate project managers to strengthen their skills and increase their impact is exactly what EUKI is all about.”

Manage projects

In 2025, Lia Weitz and I will be running our project management online training with the EUKI community for the third time. We cover classic project management as well as agile approaches, work with small case studies from the group and always enjoy the three mornings.

Improve leadership

Leadership is a classic in the training scene. Together with the EUKI community, we are particularly interested in the question of how project management can be supported in complex European consortia.

Strengthen cooperation

We will be holding this EUKI training course on cooperation and partnership management (or ‘Purposeful Partnerships’) for the 3rd time in 2026. The content is about promoting and organising various collaborations, from consortia to multi-actor partnerships.

Deepen communication

In 2024, Kaj Seeger had the honour of working for Zukunftsnetz NRW. We accompanied participants from corporate mobility management with a focus on communication for two days at the ‘Unperfekthaus’ in Essen.

Develop projects

Together with Dr Minu Hemmati, I was able to support the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) online several times in the development and writing of eligible project proposals.
