From the inside out
It was a great pleasure to work with Mannheim’s CoLAB in early 2025! Julia Jochem and I created a transformation workshop with the team (and with LEGO® Serious Play® as a method). On the first day, we went ‘from the inside out’ (including the Inner Development Goals #IDGs), on the second day we bridged the gap ‘from knowledge to action’ with the ‘Deal-o-Mat’. Thank you to all participants – you were great!
Luminous evening
It was a special atmosphere in the Great Hall of the LMU Munich in November 2024. In the run-up to ‘Art and Sustainability’, the contributors from the fields of architecture, musicology, fashion and design, among others, had already happily embarked on a process. The event was framed by the ‘Barfly’ cocktail bar, which served insect cocktails and cocktails for insects (see video!).
Restart
The Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH) is entering its second round. The consortium used this opportunity to organise a kick-off workshop in Brussels at the beginning of 2025. The participants worked with LEGO® Serious Play® and Liberating Structures, among other things. Visions and ideas were compared using the models, and specific questions were also addressed.
