About
Hello, my name is Marcus Andreas.
I like to inspire people to work together, especially when it comes to future topics such as climate and sustainability. Let’s make an impact!
I pursued my interest in constructive interaction in the face of complexity during my studies of educational science at LMU Munich. Later, I did my doctorate in ethnology on an ecovillage. Who can contribute what to society and how? I also investigated questions of this kind also at the Rachel Carson Centre in Munich, at UC Berkeley and at Utrecht University.
In 2014, I went to Berlin to support the “Climate Protection Dialogue” for the Federal Ministry for the Environment. During my five years at adelphi, I learnt to help shape multi-stakeholder processes and headed the local climate action department as (Senior) Project Manager. Together with my team, I initiated the first nationwide climate projects for districts and counties.
In 2019, the change took place: as Marcus Andreas – Process Support for Sustainability, I now support my clients with expertise, experience and commitment. For an overview of significant projects and process, please take a look at my CV.
I have been living and working in Cologne since 2023 – and would be happy to come to you from there!
